After your flight, the last thing you need is uncertainty. Your private driver meets you outside the arrivals area at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay and takes you directly to your accommodation in Ocho Rios.
There are no shared rides and no stops at other hotels. Settle into your air-conditioned vehicle, enjoy a complimentary cold drink and watch the Jamaican coastline unfold along the way.
Travelling back to the airport? We collect you from your hotel, villa or agreed meeting point in Ocho Rios and bring you safely to the departure terminal in Montego Bay.

Vehicle assignment depends on group size and luggage.
Prices are per vehicle/group, not per person.
Every airport transfer request is checked manually so that we can confirm the right vehicle arrangement for your group. Please provide the number of travellers and the number and approximate size of your suitcases.
Please mention oversized luggage, wheelchairs, strollers and sports equipment in advance. Groups that cannot be accommodated in our BMW and Honda minivan together require an additional vehicle and individual confirmation.
Delayed flights and airport waiting time
We monitor your flight and adjust your pickup time if your flight is delayed. There is no additional charge for a delay caused by the airline.
Your driver will wait for up to 120 minutes after your flight’s actual landing time to allow for immigration, baggage collection and customs. If airport processing or baggage delivery takes longer than expected, you will not be charged simply because of that delay, provided you remain at the airport and keep in contact with us.
Additional waiting time caused by circumstances unrelated to the flight or normal airport processing may be charged at US$25 per additional hour. This may apply if a guest goes shopping, visits a lounge or remains unavailable without communicating after landing.
If we receive no response within 120 minutes after the flight’s actual landing time, despite attempts to call and send messages, the transfer may be treated as a no-show.

Flight changes and cancellations.
Please notify us immediately if your flight number, arrival date or arrival airport changes.
If your flight is cancelled or moved to another day, your transfer can be rescheduled subject to availability.
If your airline issues a new flight number, please send us the updated details. We may not automatically receive this information.
If you book a replacement flight without informing us and we cannot provide the transfer at the new time, the original booking and cancellation terms may apply.
